Our SMS program is strictly conversational. You opt in on our public website by completing the contact form at https://www.daagencyllc.com/contact (or a service intake form) and checking the single, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and consenting to text messages is never required to submit a form, use our services, create an account, or complete any transaction.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from DA Agency only in reply to your inquiry — replies, questions, scheduling, and follow-ups about your project or request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your consent is specific to DA Agency's messaging program.
